When I first started this series I was going through a rough part part of my life: If was lockdown and I was studying at University. The only way I could cope with everything was to embrace my ADHD fully and follow what I told myself to do: To move. I walked uncountable hours and staying still felt like one of my major task to be accomplished. I’d only stop after my body was exhausted. In this process I learned one of my core values: Movement and the body. And decided to document the process. That is when “Pedestrian at best” came about. A pause during the movement to figure out the importance of walking and how our perspective and cognition changes when we walk.
